Education

As ZAFMC Education, we have Mr Chibaro Romeo (Pastor) as Director, Mr January Addfree (Pastor) as Deputy Director, Mr Chikwavarara as Secretary, Mr Ranganai Shepherd Treasurer, Mr Handisen Security member, Mrs Mapengo Board Member Standards Control, Mr Mabika Percy Committee Member. Our mandate is to run the Educational Affairs of ZAFMC, to facilitate training and skills acquisition. To this end we are to network with skills imparting institutions in the country and abroad so that we link our students/members for training.

We have introduced Computer Science at both Zimbabwe Junior Certificate (ZJC) and Ordinary level and we expect our learners to sit for both Hexco and Zimsec. We also aspire to be a Polytechnic institute, starting with short courses in self-help skills to pure professional  skills. NaMwari wedu zvinhu zvose zvinogona (With God nothing is impossible)

Our Motto is,'Let there be light' and we want our little light to glore and shine bright and remove  darkness

Our vision is to recruit at least a class of about 40 boarder students in 2024 and then increase each successive year. Currently we have bricks, and construction is likely to start soon.
We are running a goat-rearing project with 10 goats at the station right now, an indigenous poultry project ( road-runners), turkeys and fish. We are putting up a honey project very soon with the help of Zimparks and Carbon Green.

As ZAFMC Education department we wish to establish a Mission boarding school at Kudzanai Secondary school and this will be the first boarding school in Kariba District. ZAFMC is a non-profit making organization and this means that we are likely to face funding challenges on our boarding project.
